Discussions now abound on the reconsideration of the \"Japanese hiring practices.\" At the same time, from a mid- to long-term perspective, aging of the population is expected to reduce the share of young workers while encouraging women's social advancement. As the socio-economic environment of the workers change in these ways, the workers are themselves expected to change the way they are and the way they think.
