自給的農家の調査項目を簡素化\nb. 農業経営者、農業後継者の概念を導入\nc. 商品生産を行う農業事業体に着目した作付面積等の項目設定\nd. 農業集落の国土・環境保全に果たす役割等を明らかにするための項目設定\ne. 林業事業体の定義及び実査対象の変更\nf. 林業サービス事業体等調査の新設\ng.
