To maintain the technical and skill integration base amid ongoing technical revolution, much is expected from developing regional employment development policies that proactively evaluate within society “advanced experienced skills” that have accumulated in regional communities over a long time and emphasize utilizing them and passing them on.\n\nAccordingly, this survey research has been conducted to investigate the outlook for demand for and internal development of experienced workers, the results from human resource-focused responses, such as business transfers and the development of new products, and other actual circumstances, and to provide basic materials to contribute to the creation of a “Regional Plan for Employment Stability by Utilizing Advanced Skills” at the
