The 2012 (Heisei 24) survey was carried out after the establishment of an expert survey review committee, which reviewed aspects such as survey method, survey items, and contents.\n\n“Career Grading System for Long-term Professionals,” “Dissemination of Balance Support Systems for Long-Term Care and Understanding the Actual Conditions of Employees,” and “Initiatives at the Community” were added to the [Workplace Survey].
