There have been changes on the part of the workers, too, as we hear more about people who work in unconventional ways. Some move to the country in search of a new heaven, others become entrepreneurs and start their own business. Still others hold a side job by using special talent. Against such a social backdrop, this survey was conducted in an attempt to uncover the way of working desired by the businessmen living in the Metropolitan area. Specifically, the survey investigates their (1) practice and consciousness of switching jobs, (2) intentions for U-turn and I-turn job switching, and (3) interest in new work
