In order to realize such society, it is important to aim at reserving conditions for people from every classes to be able to work until 65 years old. This survey was conducted for the purpose of collecting information required for institutionalization of continuation employment until 65-year old. Concretely, the institutionalization of continuation employment until 65-year old in more than middle scale companies, actual conditions and issues faced by the companies, problems of the related cirucumference etc., were asked and analyzed. They can be considered as a basic data for social realization of active 65- year old. Survey on the opinions of 40 to 59 year old employees were also carried out in the same
