Changes in the working style could be seen in different phases: The birth of so called the \"furita,\" which is the product of new college graduates not getting informal employment offers, the increase of aged workers, female workers, and double income families, and the representation of so called the \"career surfers,\" who changes jobs for career advancement, are all part of the recent changes. At the same time, the diversification of working style has made people to realize that marriage, child-bearing and child-rearing are not inevitable life events, but are choices each individual make in his/her life. In addition, due to the speedy development of technology, knowledge could be easily outdated. Thus, more people are becoming to work as they learn and learn as they work in order to adapt to the change.\n The diversification of working style has made each individual to have a unique life plan for the future.
