The three surveys were the “Disputing Behavior Survey,” which focused on the stage between the problem and the dispute, the “Legal Advice Seeking Behavior Survey,” which focused on the stage of legal advice-seeking behavior for problem-solving, and the “Litigation Behavior Survey,” which focused on the stage of litigation behavior after the lawsuit is filed.\n\nThis is the “Disputing Behavior Survey.” The “Legal Advice Seeking Behavior” and the “Litigation Behavior Survey” were published under survey numbers 1040 and 1041 respectively.\n\nThe “Disrupting Behavior Survey” is the combination of a survey of problem experiences and problem resolution behaviors experienced afterward, the “Behavior Survey,” (conducted via interview) and a legal attitudes survey, the “Attitude Survey” (conducted via the retention method).\n\nFurthermore, the attitudes survey was drafted and implemented using eleven versions of survey forms.
