For unemployed individuals, we posed the same questions as those given to employed respondents, and we also asked questions to better understand the specific circumstances of their departure from work as well as their thoughts on the specific initiatives their company needs to undertake in order for them to resume work.Furthermore, the \"help/care\" we refer to in this survey includes the following: physical help (using the restroom, bathing); facility-based or long-distance care, periodic check-ins (guardianship); preparation/cleaning of food; housework such as laundry, simple shopping, and garbage disposal; help with travel to the hospital or out of the house; and help with hospital admittance/dismissal procedures or money
