This panel survey questionnaires cover a wide range of topics, such as employment, income, health, education, distribution of living hours, and assets. The Institute for Research on Household Economics is a longitudinal survey that started in 1993 with 1,500 subjects (cohort A). Given sample attrition, new subjects were added in 1997 (500 subjects, cohort B), 2003 (836 subjects, cohort C), 2008 (636 subjects, cohort D) and 2013 (648 subjects, cohort E).
