This is because if affirmative action is positively correlated with a company’s competitiveness, such action will further incentivize companies to promote and utilize the capacities of their female staff.\n\nBased on the above understanding of the issues, the purpose of this research study was to clarify the following two points of inquiry: (1) What types of companies are promoting the quantitative and qualitative utilization of female employees, and what measures are taken to promote female employees’ capacities, and (2) what impact do the degree of utilization (quantitative and qualitative) of female employees and efforts to promote the capacities of female employees have on management performance? The data and insights obtained through this study can inform companies regarding their future efforts to take affirmative action to address this
