Since 1969 NLFC has conducted Surveys of New Start-ups with various focuses, and since 1991 it has published findings in the form of annual white paper. In addition to revealing the current state of new start-ups, the 1997 Survey offers an analysis of the producer and household service industries in which more innovative businesses have emerged than in other industries.
