| 概要 | 90年代を迎え，我が国の労働市場は労働力不足，高齢化，高学歴化の進展など，かつてない変化を遂げつつある。そうしたなか，企業は能力主義，多元的人事管理の導入など処遇と賃金にかかわる新たな施策を展開しはじめている。一方，労働組合も従業員構成の変化やライフ・サイクルパターンの変化，組合員の意識・要求の多様化などに伴い賃金政策の新たな対応を迫られている。連合総研では，90年代の賃金政策の確立をめざし，賃金問題研究委員会を設けて研究を続けてきたが，本調査はその研究活動の一環として，各企業における賃金制度の実態とこれからの賃金政策に関する基礎資料を得ることを目的に実施されたものである。 Entering a new decade, the labor market of our country began to go through an unprecedented change as it faced labor shortage, aging, and a rise of the highly educated. Against the backdrop, firms have begun to proceed with new wage and treatment measures as typified by the introduction of meritocracy and multi-dimensional personnel management. Labor unions, too, have been pressured to respond with a new wage policy in accordance with the changes in the composition of employees and their life cycle patterns and with the diversification in demands and consciousness among their members. The JTUC-RIALS, through a Committee for Studying Wage Problems, has continued research toward establishment of a wage policy for the 1990s. This survey was conducted as part of this research endeavor, with the specific objective of gathering basic data on firms' current wage systems and future wage policies. |
