| 概要 | 産業構造のソフト化・サービス化が進展する中で，労働者の高学歴化が進み，あらゆる産業で技術者をはじめ，ホワイトカラー労働者の採用拡大が続いている。こうした中，これらの労働者のキャリア形成と処遇のあり方は，企業の人材確保，人事政策の面から重要な課題となっている。本調査は，これらの問題点を把握し，大卒ホワイトカラーのキャリア形成と処遇のあり方に関する政策確立を図るための基礎資料を得ることを目的に実施された。 The growth of service industries and jobs has accompanied more highly educated workers in the labor market than before. Across industries, recruitment of white-collar workers is expanding. Accordingly, their career formation and treatment have become important issues for companies in securing human resources and devising personnel policy. This survey was conducted for the specific objective of providing basic data to capture problems involved in the career formation and treatment of white-collar college graduates and facilitate policy-making in the same areas. |
