概要

本調査は玄田有史が2014年に実施した，東日本大震災後の東北地方と関東地方の企業動向についての調査である。
　東日本大震災後，一部の企業が事業を再開して雇用を拡大する一方で，別の企業では再開がままならず，雇用を減少させているという状況が生まれた。
　震災に遭いながら，その後に事業をいち早く再開し，かつ雇用を守ったり，ときには新たに拡大している企業は，他と比べて何が違うのだろうか。本調査はこの点を明らかにするものである。
This survey was conducted in 2014 by Yuji Genda and polled corporate trends in the Tohoku and Kanto regions following the Great East Japan Earthquake disaster.After the Great East Japan Earthquake disaster, some companies were able to resume their business and expand their employment, while some could not resume their business or had to downsize.What exactly was different about the companies that were able to quickly resume their business following the disaster, were able to protect their employees, and, at times, were even able to expand in its wake? This survey aimed to answer that question.
