| 概要 | 本調査は，「事業所における介護労働実態調査」（以下【事業所調査】）と「介護労働者の就業実態と就業意識調査」（以下【労働者調査】）の2種類の調査からなる。 【事業所調査】は，介護分野の事業所について，介護労働者の雇用の状況，賃金ならびに賃金制度，人材確保の状況などを調査・分析することにより，介護分野で働く労働者の労働環境に関する問題点を明らかにし，介護事業所による雇用管理改善のための基礎資料を得ることを目的として実施された。 【労働者調査】は，介護分野の事業所で働く介護労働者を対象に，その雇用及び勤務形態の実態並びに介護労働者としての業務及び労働条件に関する問題意識を把握し，介護労働者の労働条件改善，確保のための基礎資料を得ることを目的として実施された。 【事業所調査】は2002年（平成14年度）から，【労働者調査】は2003年（平成15年度）から，実施しており，2010年度（平成22年度）においても，有識者による検討会を設けて，調査方法，調査事項・内容等を決定した後に，調査を実施している。 2010年度は，新たな調査項目として，【事業所調査】では，介護職員処遇改善交付金に伴う経営面での対応や，介護福祉機器の導入と効果，【労働者調査】では「採用時の労働条件の説明」「非正規職員の就業についての希望」「国家試験の受験予定」等の追加を行っている。 This survey is comprised of two surveys: “Survey on the State of Long-term Care Work in Workplaces” (hereinafter, [Workplace Survey]) and “Worker Survey on the State of Long-term Care Work and Attitudes Toward Such” (hereinafter [Worker Survey]). The [Workplace Survey] was carried out for the purpose of delineating issues regarding the work environments of workers in the long-term care industry, through the investigation and analysis of aspects such as the state of care worker employment, wages and wage systems, and the state of human resources recruitment/retention in long-term care facilities to produce basic information for use in improving employment management in such facilities. The [Worker Survey] targeted care workers working in the long-term care industry and was carried out for the purpose of clarifying the state of employment and work systems and their views on issues relating to their work and working conditions to produce basic information for use in recruiting/retaining care workers and improving their working conditions. The [Workplace Survey] has been implemented since 2002 (Heisei 14) and the [Worker Survey] since 2003 (Heisei 15). In 2010 (Heisei 22), survey was carried out after the establishment of an expert survey review committee, which reviewed aspects such as survey method, survey items, and contents. In 2010, as new survey items, we added “managerial responses to subsidies for benefits for long-term care staff” and “installment of long-term care devices and its effects” under [Workplace Survey], and “explanation of working conditions at time of employment,” “non-regular employees’ desire to be employed” and “plan to take a national examination” under [Worker Survey], among other things. |

| 回収率 | 【事業所調査】 有効調査数：17,030事業所 有効回収数：7,345事業所 回収率：43.1％ ※なお【事業者調査】では，2010年9月の1ヶ月の状況について，各事業所で介護労働に従事する者20人を上限に，個別にその属性，賃金及び勤続年数などの記入を依頼した（問28）。その結果7,345事業所の介護労働者77,897人の属性，賃金，労働時間数等について回答があり，別集計となっている。 【労働者調査】 有効対象労働者数：51,090人 有効回収数：19,535人 回収率：38.2％ [Workplace Survey] Number of valid target workplaces: 17,030 Number of valid responses: 7,345 Response rate: 43.1% *Furthermore, under [Workplace Survey], with regard to the one-month status in September 2010, we capped the number of employees surveyed at each workplace at 20, and then posed individual questions polling their attributes, wages, and years of employment, as well as other items (Question 28). We received 77,897 responses from long-term care workers at 7,345 workplaces, and these have been aggregated separately.
