| 概要 | 女性の職場進出，核家族化に伴い，勤労者が働き続けていく上で，仕事と育児とをどう両立させていくかは大きな問題となっている。1992年4月より育児休業法が施行され，育児を行う勤労者の継続就業を可能とするための施策として着実に定着しているところである。本調査は，共働きで就学前の子どもを有する男女労働者を対象に，育児休業制度の取得状況，育児休業についての考え方，仕事と育児との両立に関するニーズ等を把握し，子どもを抱える勤労者がその能力を十分発揮し，充実した生活を送るにはどのようにしていくべきか，育児に関して必要とされる支援策について探ることを目的として実施されたものである。 It is becoming a big problem for the workers how to balance work and childcare as they work, given the trend that more women are entering the job market and more families are becoming nuclear families. Since April 1999, the Childcare Leave Act has been effective and the Act has been providing measures to enable workers with childcare responsibilities to remain continuously in their work. This survey of married couples with dual income and childcare responsibilities for children under school age, was conducted in order to clarify how extensively the childcare leave system has been utilized, the couples ideas about childcare leave and the their needs with respect to balancing work and childcare. The survey further aims to investigate what kind of childcare support policies are necessary for the workers with children to have the chance to demonstrate their full capacity and lead a satisfying life. |
