| 概要 | 近年，携帯電話の普及率の増加とともに，固定電話を持たない世帯が増加している。そのため，従来の電話調査環境が悪化し，固定電話調査におけるカバレッジ誤差の増加が懸念される。一方，携帯電話のweb閲覧機能が浸透し，ネット調査が普及しつつある。調査ツールとしての携帯電話活用の必要性は高まっており，それにより，コンタクト機会増・回答場所/時間制約の解消が期待される。そこで，携帯電話でのweb調査土壌の整備が望まれる。本調査の目的は，携帯やパソコンの使用実態について，調査手法別に把握することである。具体的には，以下の4系列の調査手法で同一内容の調査を実施し，差異が存在するかを確認する。＜従来型調査手法＞ ＜携帯を用いた調査手法＞固定電話 v.s. 携帯電話PCインターネット v.s. 携帯インターネット With the spread of cell phones in recent years, the number of households without landline phones has increased. This has been to the detriment of the traditional telephone survey environment and has raised concerns of increasing coverage errors in landline phone surveys. On the other hand, cell phones with web browsing functions have become widespread, and Internet surveys are becoming increasingly common. Thus, use of cell phones as a survey tool is becoming increasingly important and is expected to increase contact opportunities and eliminate restrictions on survey locations and response time. Therefore, it is desirable to establish cell phone-based Internet survey environments. The purpose of this survey is to learn the actual situation of cell phone and personal computer use in different survey methods.
