| 概要 | 本調査は，40代～70代男女の就業に関する意識や実態を把握するという目的のもと，2011年9月にインターネット調査の方法で実施された。 サンプルには有業者と無業者の両方が含まれ，40代～70代と比較的高い年齢層における就業の多様な意識・実態を把握するための質問項目が用意されている。さらに，70代までの年齢層を分析対象としたことで定年経験者のデータも含まれており，定年を経た後の就業に関する意識・実態についても多くの質問項目を有している。 This survey was conducted by an online survey in September 2011 to gather information about attitudes toward and the actual situation of employment among men and women aged 40s to 70s. Sampling included both employed and unemployed people, and question items were prepared to gather information about diverse attitudes/the actual situation of employment in the comparatively older 40s to 70s age group. In addition, by targeting age groups up to 70s for analysis, data from people with experience of retirement are also included, and the survey has many question items about attitudes toward/the actual situation of employment after going through retirement. |
