| 概要 | どのような従業員が労働組合の組合員とされ，どのような従業員が組合員となっていないのか，その実態を把握するとともに，そうした実態を規定している要因，また，それに変化をもたらしている要因を解明することを目的として，本アンケート調査ならびにヒアリング調査が実施された。特に，最近雇用不安の問題をめぐって社会的関心を集めている管理職層の問題に焦点をあてている。 This questionnaire survey and a set of accompanying interviews were conducted in order to understand what kind of employees have or have not become unionists and what factors account for the prevailing composition of the two groups of employees as well as changes in that composition. In particular, emphasis was placed on the problem of management strata which has drawn public attention in the midst of intensified employment anxieties. |
