| 概要 | 我が国の企業をとりまく環境をみると，グローバル化，経済のサービス化や技術革新・情報化の進展等の急激な構造変化のただ中にある。こうした構造変化に対応し，各企業では本業の充実・強化，あるいは新規事業展開といった経営戦略の見直しやそれに伴う組織面での変革等を進められ，それが雇用管理や採用の面にも大きな影響を及ぼしていくものと考えられる。本調査は，こうした企業の経営戦略の見直しやそれに伴う組織面での変革等が雇用面に与える影響を明らかにすることを目的として実施されたものである。 Japanese companies are in the midst of a drastic structural change due to globalization, the growth of service industry in the economy and the development of technological innovations and informational technology. Each company's enforcement of its main business, review of its management strategies and its organizational change seem to have a big effect on the management of labor and hiring. This survey was conducted in order to clarify the impact of the revision of the companies' management strategies and the organizational change that follows them would have on employment. |
