| 概要 | 「仕事（ワーク）」と「生活（ライフ）」は，例えば長時間労働が個人としての活動の時間を圧迫したり，育児や介護のために働き方を変える必要が生じたりするように，相互に密接に影響を与え合っている。また，有配偶者であればそれぞれの「ワーク」面での状況が家族関係にも影響を与える一方で，逆に家族関係が「ワーク」面での成果に影響を与えることも考えられる。 本調査では，個人の「ライフ」の特性が「ワーク」の特性に与える影響及び「ワーク」の特性が「ライフ」の特性に，相互に与える影響（相互作用）を明らかにすることを目的とする。 また，「ワーク」と「ライフ」が相互に作用する過程は個人の中だけにとどまらず，例えば，家庭領域を共有する夫から妻，妻から夫へと影響が及ぶ可能性も考えられる。夫婦を対象とする有配偶者調査を実施し，この点についての検討も行った。 調査内容としては，有配偶者調査及び無配偶者調査ともにほぼ同じ設問を尋ねたが，部分的に回答者の特性に応じて設問や選択肢の順序の入れ替えを実施した。 Work and life are two elements that constantly affect each other very closely. For example, long working hours can reduce the time for personal activities, childcare, and long-term care, and can often force professionals to change their work style. In the case of married couples, the same way that the respective conditions at work affect family relationships, family relationships may also influence the results at work.The objective of this survey is to clarify the mutual impacts of (interactions between) an individual's life and work.It is also possible that the mutual process between work and life is not limited to an individual level; for example, a husband and wife who share family responsibilities may impact each other. For this reason, a survey on married couples was conducted to analyze this hypothesis.The two surveys on married and unmarried people had almost the same content, but the order of the questions and options were modified slightly to suit the characteristics of the respondents. |
