| 概要 | 学生の学修時間の確保，留学等の促進という観点から，2015年度卒業・修了予定者からの就職・採用活動時期について，広報活動は卒業・修了年度に入る直前の3月1日以降に，採用選考活動は卒業・修了年度の8月1日以降に開始するよう，政府から関係団体に要請がなされた。 本調査は，①就職・採用活動開始時期の後ろ倒しに伴う学生の意識・行動，②就職・採用活動時期後ろ倒し初年度である2015年度卒業・修了予定者の就職・採用選考活動における意識・行動等を把握することを目的として実施されたものである。 From the perspective of securing more study time and promoting study abroad and so on for students scheduled to graduate from universities in the 2015 academic year, the government asked relevant organizations to begin promotional/PR activities for employee recruitment no earlier than March 1, just before the start of the last year in university before graduation/completion of studies, and the selection process after August 1 of the same year. This survey was carried out with the purpose of clarifying (1) Student awareness and behavior associated with a delayed start in job-hunting and recruitment activities, and (2) awareness and behavior regarding job-hunting and recruitment selection activities of students scheduled to graduate/complete studies in the 2015 academic year, the first year of the delayed start in job-hunting and recruitment activities. |
