| 概要 | 本調査は，就職・採用活動時期変更（広報活動3月1日以降開始，採用選考活動6月1日以降開始）に伴う2016年度卒業・修了予定者の就職・採用選考活動における意識・行動等の把握を通じ，来年度以降の就職・採用活動の円滑な実施に資することを目的として実施した。 This survey was carried out for the purpose of contributing to the smooth execution of job-hunting and recruitment activities from the next academic year onward by clarifying job-hunting and recruitment selection activity awareness and behavior of students scheduled to graduate from universities in the 2016 academic year with respect to changes in the job-hunting and recruitment period (start of promotional/PR activities for employee recruitment no earlier than March 1 and start of the selection process after June 1). |
