| 概要 | 本調査は，「少子化と男女共同参画に関する専門調査会」の検討に資するため，少子化と男女共同参画に関する結婚・子育て期の男女の意識を把握することを目的に実施したものである。特に，男女の働き方の実態と意識が，職場の仕事と生活の調和（以下，ワーク・ライフ・バランス）の推進状況とどのような関係にあるか，職場のワーク・ライフ・バランスの推進状況が仕事の効率性や就業意欲とどのような関係にあるか等に着目している。なお，本調査研究は，(株)三菱総合研究所に委託して実施した。 This survey was conducted for the purpose of understanding married/childrearing men’s and women’s attitudes to the declining birthrate and gender equality to be looked at by the “special survey group on declining birthrate and gender equality.” It specifically focuses on the relationship between the actual situation of and attitudes to male and female work styles and promotion of work-life balance in the workplace and how state of promotion of work-life balance in the workplace affect job efficiency and work motivation. Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc. was commissioned to conduct this survey. |
