| 概要 | 多様な働き方に関する国民の意識などを把握することを目的とする。 主要調査項目は次のとおり。(1)現在の就業状況，(2)転職経験・転職希望，(3)就業の中断，(4)職業上の技能の開発，(5)仕事に対する考え方。 The purpose of this survey is to understand people’s attitudes to diverse work styles. The main survey items are as follows: (1) current employment status, (2) experience with/desire to change jobs, (3) interruption in employment, (4) professional skills development, and (5) thoughts on work. |
