| 概要 | 我が国は世界でどの国も経験したことのない「前例のない高齢社会」を迎えており，今後，一層の高齢化が進行すると予想される。 高齢者が健康に高齢期を過ごすための健康づくりや介護予防に関する施策を推進すること，また，今後増加することが見込まれる要介護や要支援の高齢者ができる限り自立して高齢期を過ごすことができるよう必要なサービスを受けられる体制を整備することが重要である。このような観点から，本調査は，健康状態，食生活，介護，医療，楽しみ・不安に関する点など，高齢者の健康に関する実態と意識を把握するとともに，過去2回の調査と時系列分析を行い，今後の高齢社会対策の推進に資することを目的としている。 Japan is facing an “unprecedented aging society” that no country in the world has ever experienced, and it is only expected to advance further in the future. It is important to promote measures for promoting health and preventive care that allow the elderly to have healthy lives and to establish systems so that the increasing numbers of elderly expected to require long-term care or support in the future will receive the necessary services to spend their twilight years living as independently as possible. From this viewpoint, the purpose of this survey is to understand the actual situation and attitudes to health among the elderly, including such points as health status, eating habits, long-term care, medical care, enjoyable things/anxieties, and through chronological analysis against two past surveys, to contribute to the promotion of future social measures for the aging society. |
