| 概要 | 高齢者は，全体としてみると健康で活動的であり，経済的にも豊かになっている。他方，高齢者の姿や状況は，性別，健康状態，経済力，家族構成，住居，その他個々人の趣味や嗜好など日常生活全般にわたって多様化している。 こうした中，高齢社会対策を的確に推進し，高齢者が健やかで充実した生活を営むことが出来る豊かな社会を構築していくためには，生活者としての高齢者の視点から日常生活全般に係る現状を把握することが重要である。 このような観点から，本調査は，日常生活の状況，生活の満足度，衣食住を始め，家事，外出，日常的楽しみ，日常生活の情報に関する満足度など，高齢者の日常生活全般の実態と意識を把握するとともに，前回調査（1998年度）との時系列分析を行い，今後の高齢社会対策の推進に資することを目的として実施されている。 The elderly are, on the whole, healthy, active, and financially prosperous. On the other hand, the appearance and circumstances of the elderly are diverse, encompassing many factors in daily life, including gender, health status, economic power, family structure, housing, and other individual hobbies and preferences. In such circumstances, to properly promote measures for an aged society and build a prosperous society where the elderly can live healthy and fulfilling lives, it is important to assess current conditions related to daily life from the perspective of the elderly living everyday lives. From this point of view, this survey aims at understanding elderly’s actual situation of and attitudes to the everyday life, starting with the conditions of daily life, levels of satisfaction with routine, and necessities of life including food, clothing, and shelter, as well as housework, going out, and daily enjoyment. Also, through chronological analysis against a previous survey (conducted in 1998), it aims to contribute to promoting measures for the aging society. |
