| 概要 | 非正規労働者の趨勢的な増加や労働契約の個別化，就業形態の多様化等が進む中，労働関係法制度をめぐる知識，特に労働者の権利に関する知識が，十分に行き渡っていない状況が問題として指摘されている。本調査研究は，学校教育や労使団体，地域のNPO，都道府県労働局，地方公共団体等が今後果たしていくべき役割等について総合的に検討するために，労働関係法制度の基礎的な知識の理解の状況に関する実態を把握することを目的に実施したものである。本調査においては，学生時代における労働関係法制度についての知識状況の把握と，実際に社会人になってからの知識状況を把握する必要があることから，学生と社会人それぞれの層を調査対象としている。 With the increased use of non-regular workers, individualization of labor contracts, and further diversification of employment statuses, it has been indicated that knowledge of labor-related legal systems, especially knowledge of worker rights, is problematically not being fully disseminated. This survey study was conducted for the purpose of grasping the state of understanding of basic knowledge on labor-related legal systems, to comprehensively investigate the role that ought to be played in future by school education, labor-management groups, local NPOs, prefectural labor bureaus, and local governments. This survey required an assessment of the knowledge of young adults of labor-related legal systems as well as an assessment of their knowledge once they actually enter the workforce as a member of society (shakaijin) and was therefore divided into respective surveys of students and adults (shakaijin). |
