| 概要 | 本調査は，中小企業における労働事情を的確に把握し，適正な中小企業労働対策の樹立並びに時宜を得た中央会の雇用・労働支援の推進に資することを目的とする。 全国中小企業団体中央会及び都道府県中小企業団体中央会では，1964年以降毎年「中小企業労働事情実態調査」を実施しており，今回は50回目にあたる。本調査は，約40,000の中小事業所を対象にしているが，従業員30人未満の事業所が回答事業所の3分の2以上を占めており，小規模企業を中心とした労働事情を明らかにしている。調査は，賃金，労働時間，雇用，経営等に関する事項のうち，時系列的に把握すべき基本項目のほか，その年々の労働情勢に関連した項目について行っている。 本年は，時系列項目である経営状況と経営上の障害，週所定労働時間をはじめとする労働時間，新規学卒者の初任給，賃金改定状況に加え，高齢者雇用等について調査を行っている。 The purpose of this survey is to accurately apprehend work conditions in small and medium-sized enterprises and to contribute to the establishment of appropriate labor policies in small and medium-sized enterprises and the promotion of timely employment and labor support by the National Federation.The National Federation of Small Business Associations and the Prefectural Federation of Small Business Associations have conducted the “Fact-finding Survey on Work Conditions among Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” since 1964, with this being the 50th survey. This survey targets approximately 40,000 workplaces but with two-thirds of respondents having 30 or fewer employees, it especially reveals work conditions of small-scale businesses. In addition to basic items relating to pay, working hours, employment, and management, etc. that need to be captured in time series, this survey also investigates items related to the labor climate of each year.This year, in addition to the time series items of management status and obstacles, working hours (beginning with fixed weekly working hours), starting salary of new graduates, and wage reform status, there are items related to elderly employment. |
