| 概要 | 本調査は，企業の正社員の中途採用に関する動向や方針，中途採用の方法・処遇管理等の実態や課題等について把握するとともに，転職を経験した個人の転職理由や処遇等の変化を把握し，必要な政策の在り方を検討することを目的として実施された。 This survey was conducted with the objectives of grasping trends and guidelines for mid-career hiring of full-time employees, methods and management procedures for mid-career hiring, as well as understanding the reasons and changes in treatment experienced by workers who have changed occupations in order to consider the nature of necessary measures. |
