| 概要 | 本調査は，日本学術振興会科学研究費補助金（「日本人の外交に関する選好形成メカニズムの研究」，研究課題番号：23243030）に基づいて，早稲田大学の現代日本社会システム研究所（所長：河野勝早稲田大学政治経済学術院教授）が2011年10月から2013年9月まで毎月連続して実施した，24波で構成されるWEB全国世論調査である。調査対象は，継続して調査に参加したパネルサンプルと各月に新たに抽出したフレッシュサンプルによって構成される（なお，パネルについては1波から12波まで継続した前半と13波から24波まで継続した後半の二つに分かれる）。 本調査の目的は，日本の一般の人々が防衛や外交，対外経済関係に関してどのような意識や評価をもっているのか，またそうした人々の意識や評価はどのように変化するのかを明らかにすることである。毎月行った調査には，以下の様な調査項目が含まれている。たとえば，日本人は諸外国に対して，どのぐらい親しみの感情をもっているのか。また，アメリカや中国といった大国，国際連合などの国際機関が，世界においてどのくらい大きな影響力をもっていると考えているのか。あるいはそうした国々や機関が，日本に対してどのような影響力をもっていると考えているのか。そして，日本と諸外国との関係が好ましい方向に向かっていると思っているのか，それとも好ましくない方向に向かっていると思っているのか。さらには，日本政府の外交に対する取り組みをどう評価しているのか，といった項目などである。 なお，調査番号0979は1～12波のパネルサンプルとフレッシュサンプルのデータ，調査番号0980は13～24波のパネルサンプルとフレッシュサンプルのデータ，調査番号0981は1～24波のフレッシュサンプルのみのデータとなっている。 This survey is a nationwide Internet opinion poll consisting of 24 waves conducted continuously every month, which was subsidized by the Grants-in-aid for Scientific Research of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (Waseda University’s Research Institute of Modern Japanese Society System (Director: Professor Masaru Kono, Institute of Political Science and Economics, Waseda University), based on the “Research on Preference Formation Mechanism Related to Japanese Diplomacy,” grant number: 23243030) from October 2011 to September 2013. The survey targets consisted of panel samples that participated in the survey continuously and fresh samples that were newly extracted each month (the panels were divided into two, with the first half running from Wave1 to Wave12, and the second half running from Wave13 to Wave24.). The purpose of this survey is to clarify the consciousness and evaluation that the people of Japan in general have in relation to defense, diplomacy, and foreign economic relations, and how their consciousness and evaluation change. The monthly surveys included the following survey items: How close do Japanese people feel to foreign countries? How much influence do people think large countries such as the United States and China, and international organizations such as the United Nations, have in the world? What kind of influence do these countries and organizations have on Japan? Do people think that the relationship between Japan and foreign countries is going in a favorable or an unfavorable direction? Furthermore, there are items such as how to evaluate the diplomatic efforts of the Japanese government. Survey number 0979 comprises the panel sample data and fresh sample data of Waves1 to 12; survey number 0980 comprises the panel sample data and fresh sample data of Waves13 to 24; and survey number 0981 comprises the only fresh sample data of Waves1 to 24. |
