| 概要 | リクルート ワークス研究所は，ここ数年の社会・経済動向を受けて着実に変化する 「働く個人の就業に関する実態と意識」を，定期的にかつ多面的に把握する調査を継続的に実施してきた。本調査は，その第8回目に該当するものであり，2014年9月に実施された。その目的は，首都圏で働く人々の就業に関する実態と意識を明らかにすることにある。 なお，調査方法について，第6回からインターネット調査の方法を採用している。 また今回は，ワーキングパーソン調査回答者のうち，役職についている人に追跡調査を行っている（以下，「マネジャー追跡調査」と表記する）。 Recruit Works Institute has been planning and implementing a periodic and multifaceted survey to reveal “the reality and consciousness of employment among working individuals,” which have been steadily changing in response to social and economic trends in recent years. This is the eighth survey of the series and was conducted in September 2014. The purpose is to clarify the reality and consciousness of working individuals in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Since the sixth survey in the series, the method used comprises an Internet survey. In addition, on this occasion, we conducted a follow-up survey with employed people among the survey respondents who hold a managerial position (hereinafter referred to as “manager follow-up survey”). |

| 母集団 | 首都圏50km（東京都・神奈川県・千葉県・埼玉県）で，正規社員・正規職員，契約社員・嘱託，派遣，パート・アルバイト，業務委託として，2014年8月最終週に1日でも就業している18～69歳の男女（学生除く）。 （今回より60～69歳を調査対象に追加。） Men and women aged 18 to 69 years (excluding students) who worked at least one day in the last week of August 2014 as regular employees, contract workers/employees on a short-term contract (shokutaku), dispatched workers (haken shain), part-time workers/casual part-time workers (arubaito), or outsourcing contractors in the Tokyo metropolitan area, within a 50-kilometer radius (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama Prefectures). (In this survey, for the first time, people aged 60 to 69 years were included.) |
