| 概要 | 介護労働者の離職率の高さが指摘されているが，就業継続を困難にしている一つの要因として，介護労働者に特有の精神的・身体的ストレスがあると考えられている。しかしながら，これまでのところ，介護労働者の抱えているストレス実態について十分に把握できている状況とはいえない。 そこで，本調査は，介護労働者のうち，利用者と生活を共にする形でケアを行っているグループホーム及びユニットケアに取り組む特別養護老人ホームに勤務する介護労働者が仕事上で感じるストレスの実態について調査を行い，その内容や程度と業務との関係，事業者の雇用管理体制との関係，解決方法等について明らかにし，今後の介護労働の職場環境整備の基礎資料とすることを目的としている。 It has been indicated that nursing care workers experience high rates of turnover, and it is felt that one of the factors making it hard for them to continue working is the mental/physical stress particular to nursing care work. However, there has really never been a sufficient accounting of the actual stress experienced by nursing care workers. Therefore, this study was conducted on the actual stress felt on the job by nursing care workers employed in group homes, where they both care for and live with care recipients, and those employed in special nursing homes for the elderly and involved in unit care. Its purpose is to identify the relationship between the details and degrees of stress and work, their relationship to employment management systems of the business, and available solution methods and thereby provide basic information on creating future workplace environments for nursing work. |
