| 概要 | 本調査は，米国サブプライムローン問題に端を発する世界金融危機を背景として急激に雇用失業情勢が悪化するなか， (1)雇用全般の情勢を把握し，客観的データにもとづく労使協議を支援すること，(2)今後国会などでも審議が見込まれる雇用に関する課題の参考とすること（失業率の高まりに対する雇用政策，非正規労働者を含めた雇用のセーフティネット強化施策など）を目的として，連合構成組織を対象に実施された調査である。なお，同時に，全国地方連合会に対して「地方連合会 緊急雇用実態調査」を実施し，雇用問題の相談件数・内容等の把握を行っている。 This survey was conducted on RENGO constituent organizations, for the purpose of (1) ascertaining the state of hiring overall and supporting labor-management consultation based on objective data and (2) providing a reference for hiring issues likely to be taken up in the Diet (employment policies for lowering unemployment; policies to strengthen the employment safety net, including non-regular workers), amid rapidly worsening unemployment, against a backdrop of the global financial crisis, starting with the US subprime loan problem. Furthermore, the “RENGO: Fact-finding Survey on Emergency Recruitment” was conducted on regional RENGO branches nationwide and ascertained the number of consultations on employment problems and the details. |
