| 概要 | 勤労者の生活を豊かでゆとりあるものにするためには，我が国の労働時間を短縮し，週40時間労働制と年間総労働時間1,800時間の実現をはかることが不可欠となっている。そこで，完全週休2日制や長期連続休暇が定着している西ドイツの勤労者と，日本の勤労者の実態や要望を比較検討することによって，我が国で労働時間短縮を推進してゆくための基礎資料を得る目的で本調査が実施された。 Shorter working hours are a must in order to bring affluence and comfort to the Japanese worker's life. Specifically, a 40-hour week system must be practiced to bring the total number of working hours per year to 1,800. This survey was conducted to obtain basic data for promoting shorter working hours by comparing West German workers, who are accustomed to a 5-day week and long vacation, and Japanese counterparts, who are not. |
