| 概要 | 働く女性が自己の職業生活について明確なキャリア意識を持ち，その職業生活を充実させることができるような雇用管理のあり方やワーク／ライフ・バランスを取りながら働くことができるような仕組みを考える上での問題点などを把握することが重要な課題となっている。 本調査は，管理職になるまでのキャリアや職業人として大きく成長した経験，管理職として必要とされる職務遂行能力についての自己評価，その能力を獲得した場面等管理職として働く男女管理職の現状と仕事と家庭の両立についての工夫等を把握することにより，これから管理職を目指す女性労働者のための参考に資することを目的としている。 In consideration of how best to implement mechanisms to empower women through maintaining a work–life balance it has become important to understand the issue of modes of employee management, allowing working women to have a clear awareness of their own career and work life course, thereby enhancing their work. This survey aims at understanding current realities of men and women in managerial positions, measures they take to balance work and family, their experience of significant growth as professionals, their self-assessment of job performance abilities required for managerial positions, and situations where those abilities are acquired. The purpose of this survey is to inform female workers aiming for managerial positions. |
