| 概要 | 本調査は，大学生を対象にして進路選択に関する振返り調査を行うことにより，文系―理系，大学での専門領域，進学する大学の決定などの進路選択に影響を及ぼす要因を明らかにすることを目的としている。とくに，理工系領域に進学した学生の進路形成や能力形成について詳細な分析を行うことで，同領域における高等教育段階までの人材育成の実態と課題を検討している。 なお，本調査は，2004年度に経済産業省より委託を受けた『理工系人材の育成・確保に関する実態調査』の一環として実施されたものである。 This is a survey of retrospective thoughts on the career path selection of university students for the purpose of identifying influencing factors, including whether to choose science or the humanities, area of specialization chosen, and university selection. Specifically, this survey is a detailed analysis of how students pursuing the fields of science and technology choose a career path and develop their skills and therefore examines the actual state and issues involved in human resource development prior to and during higher education in the fields. Furthermore, this survey was conducted as part of the “fact-finding survey of fostering and securing human resources in the fields of science and technology” commissioned by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 2004. |
