| 概要 | 本調査は，2006年11月の時短推進強化月間における活動の一環として，日本建設産業職員労働組合協議会（日建協）加盟組合員の労働実態や意識を詳細に把握し，その結果を日建協および加盟組合の時短活動にフィードバックすることによって，総合的労働条件の向上に役立てていくことを目的に実施されたものである。日建協では毎年11月，組合員の25％（約1万人）を対象に，労働時間に関する調査を行っている。1972年に調査を開始して以来，34年間にわたり時 代の変化にあわせてその設問内容を変えながら，継続して建設産業に働く人々の労働環境の実態を明らかにしてきた。今回の調査では，はじめて，調査期間1ヶ月の残業時間を，平日の残業時間，休日の出勤時間に分けて調べることによって，残業時間の多さ・過剰な労働時間を，その内訳という観点から調査分析している。 This survey was conducted as part of the Shorter Working Hours Promotion Month in November 2006, in order to gain a detailed understanding of the working realities and attitudes of members of unions affiliated with the Council of Japan Construction Industry Employees’ Unions (JCU), feeding the findings back into initiatives related to shorter working hours conducted by JCU and its member unions, and thereby contributing to improvements in working conditions across the board. In November every year, JCU conducts a survey with approximately 25% of union members (approximately 10,000 people) to gather information on their working hours. For 34 years since 1972, this survey has shed light on the work environment in the construction industry while adapting the content of the questions to suit changes in society. This survey investigates and analyzes the quantity of overtime work and excessive working hours in terms of their breakdowns, by investigating overtime over the month of the survey period, divided into overtime work on weekdays and time spent at work on days off. |
