| 概要 | 本格的な高齢社会を迎えるなかで，今後，老後での多様なライフスタイルの出現が予想される。多様化の背景にはふたつの側面がある。ひとつは，公的年金や企業の退職給付制度の厳しい変革により，今後，老後を迎える世代では，定年後も何らかの形で働き続けなければならないかもしれないということ。もうひとつの側面は，価値観の多様化を背景に，積極的に新しいライフスタイルの実現を目指そうとする人たちが増えてきているという点である。 本調査は，これから引退を迎えようとする50歳代，40歳代，30歳代の各世代が考えている老後生活に対する様々な展望，計画，不安などを捉えることを目的とし，同時にそうした多様なライフスタイルを実現するための生活設計がどのようなものかを探っている。 With the arrival of the super-aging society in earnest, it is expected that various lifestyles will emerge in the future. There are two aspects to the background of diversification. One is that due to the severe changes in the public pension system and the corporate retirement benefit systems, future generations reaching retirement age may have to continue working in some form after retirement. Another aspect is that the number of people who are actively aiming to realize a new lifestyle is increasing against the backdrop of diversifying social values. The purpose of this survey was to capture the various perspectives, plans, and anxieties about life in old age as considered by people of different generations, i.e., in their 30s, 40s, and 50s, who are going to retire in the future, and at the same time, clarify the diversity of opinions regarding lifestyles and life planning. |
