| 概要 | パート・アルバイトの働き方についての実態と諸問題を把握するとともに，その将来の方向性を探り，企業や働く人々の参考資料とすることを目的として実施した。 The purpose of this study was to understand the actual working conditions and problems of part-time and casual part-time (arubaito) jobs and to explore their future direction and to serve as reference materials to inform companies and working people. |
