| 概要 | コース別雇用管理制度の運用状況や母性保護措置などの運用状況を含めた企業における女性労働者の処遇や女性労働者の意識などから，特に一般職に対するキャリア形成や就業継続のために必要な支援について把握することを目的とする。 The purpose of this survey is to understand the support necessary for career development and employment continuation for regular service (ippan-shoku) employees based on attitudes of female workers and the treatment of female workers including the implementation status of employment management systems by different career track and maternity support measures. |
