| 概要 | 少子高齢化が進む中で，各企業の女性労働者の活用の必要性が云々されているが，実際に企業における女性の活用と登用の状況を把握するとともに，その一つの指標である女性管理職と女性役員の状況について把握することを目的とし本アンケートが実施された。 Given the declining birthrate and the aging population, it is necessary for companies to make better use of female workers. Against this backdrop, this survey was conducted with the aim of understanding the use and promotion of female workers at companies and to look at realities facing female managers and female executive officers as the index. |
