| 概要 | パートタイム労働者と正社員との均衡を考慮した処遇の考え方を具体的に示したパートタイム労働指針が2003年8月に改正されたことを踏まえ，その後のパートタイム労働者の実態を把握することを目的とする。 The purpose of this survey was to deepen the understanding of the actual situation part-time workers face following the revisions of the guidelines for part-time labor in August 2003, which highlight the concept underlying related policies in consideration of the balance between part-time and regular employees. |
