| 概要 | 近年，栄養の偏り，不規則な食事，肥満や生活習慣病の増加，朝食の欠食，食の海外への依存，伝統的な食文化の危機，食の安全等，国民の食生活をめぐる環境が大きく変化している。 内閣府では，このような食生活に関する環境変化を踏まえ，2005年の「食育に関する特別世論調査」から継続して調査を行っており，食育への関心，現在の食生活・生活習慣，家族との食事などについて尋ねている。 今回の調査では，2011年度から実施される第2次食育推進基本計画の策定も視野に入れ，朝食摂取の利点や共食の利点等の項目が追加されている。 In recent years, the environment surrounding the eating habits of Japanese people has changed greatly in relation to factors such as unbalanced nutrition, irregular meals, increases in obesity and lifestyle diseases, skipping breakfast, dependence on imported food, crisis in traditional food culture, and food safety, etc. Starting with the 2005 “Special Public Opinion Survey on Shokuiku,” the Cabinet Office has been conducting surveys to see changes in the environment regarding the eating habits and making inquiries about topics such as interest in shokuiku (food and nutrition education), current eating habits/lifestyle habits, and meals with family. Taking into consideration the formulation of the second Basic Plan for the Promotion of shokuiku and its implementation in 2011, items such as the advantages of eating breakfast and the advantages of eating together, etc. were added to this survey. |
