| 概要 | 中小企業の経営者の高齢化が進展する中で、事業承継の重要性がいっそう高まっている。そこで、中小企業の事業承継の見通しを把握するとともに、今後の課題について検討するために、本調査を実施した。なお、事業承継に関する調査は2007年度に旧国民生活金融公庫の取引先である小企業を対象として、また2009年度には日本政策金融公庫の取引先である小企業及び中企業を対象として行った。今回は、当公庫と取引のない企業を含め、中小企業全体を対象として調査を行った。 As small business owners continue to age, business succession is becoming more important. Against this backdrop, a survey on business succession was conducted in 2007 targeting small enterprises that were business partners of the former National Life Finance Corporation to understand the prospects for small- and medium-sized enterprise business successions and consider future issues. In 2009, the survey was conducted again targeting small- and medium-sized enterprises that were business partners of the Japan Finance Corporation. This survey targeted small- and medium-sized enterprises as a whole including those that did not have business with the Japan Finance Corporation. |
