概要

近年，構造的な人手不足が深刻になるなか，労働生産性をいかに高めるのか，議論が活発に行われている。その中で大きな焦点となっているのが，働く個人ひとりひとりの「成長」である。企業・組織にとっても，就業価値観や働き方が多様になり，それぞれのメンバーに適した成長機会をどのように提供していくのかが，より深刻に問われている。

　そこで，パーソル総合研究所は，人々がどのように働き，成長をどう捉え，成長をどのように実感しているかをテーマとした大規模な定点調査を2017年にスタートさせた。二年目となる2018年も、あらゆる雇用形態・業職種を対象とした1万人にアンケート調査を行った。本調査を通じて，働き方の実態と意識，そして成長についての意識を確認しながら，「働くことを通じた成長」の全貌について明らかにしていく。
In recent years, as the structural labor shortage has intensified, there has been active discussion about methods to increase labor productivity.
