概要

高齢化の進展に伴い高齢者雇用の拡大が予想され，また社会的にも必要とされている中で，中小企業における高齢者雇用と活用の実態を把握することを目的としている。

　主な調査項目は，従業者の年齢，定年制の現状と今後の方針，高齢者の活用状況（職種，雇用形態，目的，問題点等）となっている。
Given the aging population, employment of the elderly is expected to increase and is also socially necessary. The purpose of this survey is to understand the actual employment situation and utilization of elderly people in small and medium-sized enterprises.

　The main survey items were employees’ age, the current and future policies of retirement, and the elderly utilization status (occupation type, employment status, purposes, problems, etc.).
