| 概要 | 2004年3月1日の改正労働者派遣法の施行によって物の製造業務における労働者派遣の活用が解禁されたことから，製造現場における人材活用のあり方に大きな変化が生じることが予想される。 本調査は，JAM（機械・金属産業を中心とする産業に働く労働者を組織した産業別労働組合）傘下の製造業の生産現場における外部人材の活用について，その現状及び改正派遣法施行に伴う変化を把握し，機械・金属産業等業種別の現状把握を可能にするほか，派遣，請負，有期労働者などへの労働組合としての対応方針の検討に資することを目的としている。 Since the revised Worker Dispatching Act, enforced on March 1, 2004, lifted the ban on the use of worker dispatching in the manufacturing of goods, a major change in the way manufacturing sites utilize human resources is expected. The purpose of this survey is to understand the current status of the use of external human resources at production sites in the manufacturing industry under the umbrella of the Japan Association of Manufacturers (JAM) (an industrial union of workers organized mainly in the machinery and metal industries) and the changes accompanying the enforcement of the revised Worker Dispatch Law. This research is concerned with ascertaining the current status by manufacturing sub-industry, such as the machinery and metal industries, so that its findings may contribute to the development of policies to deal with dispatched, contracted, and fixed-term workers as a labor union. |
