| 概要 | 本調査は，東京大学社会科学研究所人材ビジネス研究寄付研究部門に設けられた 「登録型人材派遣企業の経営戦略と人材マネジメントに関する調査研究委員会」により， 派遣企業の経営戦略，派遣スタッフ 及び営業マン・コーディネーターの人材マネジメントの実態を把握することを目的として， 登録型人材派遣事業を実施していた人材派遣企業を対象に実施された。 This survey was conducted by the "Committee for Research and Study on Management Strategies and Human Resource Management of Registered Personnel Dispatching Firms" established by the Department of Research on the Staffing Industry, Institute of Social Science, The University of Tokyo in order to understand the management strategies of temporary staffing firms and the actual situation of the human resource management of temporary staff and salesmen/coordinators. |
